By accessing or using Income Engineering ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Income Engineering provides software tools to help you organize and analyze portfolio and dividend-related information you choose to enter or import. Features may change, and we may add or remove functionality.
The Service is for informational and organizational purposes only. Nothing in the Service is investment, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. Past performance does not guarantee future results. We do not endorse any security or strategy.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction (typically 18+). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the Service or other users.

If you purchase a subscription, fees and renewal terms are presented at checkout and processed by our payment provider (for example, Stripe). You authorize us and our payment partners to charge your chosen payment method. Subscriptions may renew until you cancel according to the flow we provide. Taxes may apply where required.
The Service, including its design, text, graphics, and code (excluding your data), is owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal or internal business portfolio tracking, not to resell or redistribute the Service itself.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will always be accurate or complete.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Income Engineering and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim or (b) fifty U.S. dollars, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the Service, your data, or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you breached these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitations, and indemnity) will survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise. Courts in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes, unless applicable law requires a different venue for consumers.
If you operate as a consumer outside the United States, mandatory protections in your country may still apply. Consider having a lawyer review these Terms for your situation.
